As a result of recent legislative changes, the Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) has drafted the attached modifications to the Arizona Administrative Code, Title 4, Chapter 34. The modifications incorporate the addition of commercial panelized construction which now falls under the purview of ADOH. ADOH is posting a draft of the proposed rule changes for public comment.

As a result of recent legislative changes, the Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) has drafted the attached modifications to the Arizona Administrative Code, Title 4, Chapter 34. The modifications incorporate the addition of commercial panelized construction (which now falls under the purview of ADOH), the implementation of 2018 building codes and the clarification and/or repeal of some of the existing rules. ADOH is posting a draft of the proposed rule changes for public comment.
