About the Workshop
ADOH offers three opportunities per year to attend the LIHTC Compliance Virtual Workshops. Each training opportunity consists of four three-hour sessions, and participants are not required to attend all three. The same material is covered for each training opportunity.
This Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Compliance Virtual Workshop is comprised of four 3-hour sessions to be held on February 11, February 12, February 13, and February 14 from 9:00 a.m. to noon (MST) each day. Each session must be completed to fulfill the training requirements.
The Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) requires property managers of LIHTC projects to attend ADOH-approved compliance training annually. Developers, co-developers, or consultants must attend this training at a minimum of every five years. Visit the Publications page and LIHTC Qualified Allocation Plan for more information.

The $265 registration fee is payable online by credit card or by check made payable to the Arizona Department of Housing and mailed to:

NOTE:
- Credit Card payments MUST be submitted at the time of registration. Please have your credit card available.
- Invoices are due upon receipt. Your registration will be pending until payment has been received.
- Payment MUST be received in full before the registration deadline to avoid cancelation of your registration.
- Refunds WILL NOT be permitted after the registration deadline date, but substitutions can be made.
Registration Deadline
The workshop registration deadline is January 31, 2025. Full payment must be received by that date. Refunds will NOT be permitted after January 31st; however, attendee substitutions can be made for this workshop ONLY.
NOTE: If class registration exceeds what ADOH and the trainer consider conducive to a positive learning experience, registration may be closed prior to the January 31st deadline.
What is Included
The registration fee includes all training materials. Registrants are encouraged to bring a writing instrument and calculator.
