OFFICE OF MANUFACTURED HOUSING

The Office of Manufactured Housing ensures safety standards for manufactured homes, factory-built buildings, and accessory structures. These standards, consistent with HUD guidelines, promote Arizona citizens' health, safety, and welfare.

Designated by HUD: The Arizona Department of Housing acts as the State Administrative Agency for manufactured housing in Arizona, enforcing state and federal laws fairly and timely to maintain public trust.
