OFFICE OF MANUFACTURED HOUSING

The Office of Manufactured Housing ensures safety standards for manufactured homes, factory built buildings and accessory structures. These standards, consistent with HUD guidelines, promote Arizona citizens' health, safety, and welfare.

Designated by HUD: The Arizona Department of Housing acts as the State Administrative Agency for manufactured housing in Arizona, enforcing state and federal laws fairly and timely to maintain public trust.
