Manufacturers, dealers, salespersons and other interested parties from the manufactured housing industry are invited to attend as guests of the Department to enhance understanding of the installation of mobile homes, manufactured homes, and residential or commercial factory-built buildings throughout Arizona. To ensure sufficient classroom space is available, please email Ayde at [email protected] to register. Please inform Ayde the registration is for an invited guest.

Future 2013 training modules:
Anchoring - This module will cover specific anchor types, their characteristics and proper installation. Choosing the correct anchor for the appropriate class of soil or other installation characteristics will also be discussed. This module may also include seismic anchoring to address installations in seismic zones within Arizona.
Attached Accessory Structures - This module will cover the characteristics of installation of the most common attached accessory structures.
Flood Plains - Working with the Department of Water Resources to develop an all inclusive flood plain training module, to address areas of concern with the state.
