The Board of Manufactured Housing ("Board") is defined in the Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 41, Chapter 37, Article 3, in subsections 4009 and 4010.
The Board members are appointed by the governor and its members represent manufacturers, financial institutions, dealers and brokers, and public members including at least one member who is a tenant in an Arizona Mobile Home Park.
Public Meeting Notices will be posted on this page, as well as in the front office and main lobby of the Department's building, located at 1110 W. Washington, Suite 280, Phoenix, Arizona 85007. Transcripts of Board meeting minutes are provided below and are available approximately three (3) weeks after each Board meeting. Audio recordings of each meeting are available for public review at the Department’s office within 24 hours of a meeting’s adjournment. Those wishing to address the Board need not request permission in advance; however, the Board requests a Call to the Public Signup Form be completed. Form can be submitted at the time of the meeting or emailed at least 24 hours prior to the meeting to [email protected].
