The Arizona Department of Housing accepts fees and other payments owed to the Department via credit card through the ADOH Payment Portal. Payments for public records, Manufactured Housing related fees, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit related fees (including application fees, reservation fees, compliance fees), AzHFA Multifamily Bond Application fees, and other fees may be submitted through this portal, as long as the payment due does not exceed $10,000. Fees due to the Department in the amount of $10,000 or above must be paid by check or money order.
Please have your invoice number handy or license number (license number for Manufactured Housing payments only) before accessing the portal, as many fees require an invoice or license number in order to complete the transaction. The Department currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.
Note: Workshop registration, training opportunities and sponsorship fees for events must be paid through the event registration page at the time of registration. DO NOT SUBMIT THESE PAYMENTS through the ADOH Payment Portal. See TRAINING & EVENTS.
