Arizona Housing Finance Authority

Effective August 6, 2016, the Arizona Industrial Development Authority (AzIDA) succeeded to the authority, powers, duties and responsibilities of the Arizona Housing Finance Authority (AzHFA).  AzIDA was formed under Arizona law H.B. 2666, enacted May 19, 2016.   Under this new law, all administrative matters and contracts, whether final or in process, were transferred from AzHFA to AzIDA on the effective date and retain their same status with AzIDA.
