e-Licensing Solution

We are thrilled to announce the Arizona Manufactured Housing and Building Division’s (MHBD) plan to modernize our licensing and permitting system. This initiative will enable our teams to efficiently manage the application process for over 1500 dealers, installers, homeowners, manufacturers, and more. The MHBD e-Licensing Solution will include a transition to an integrated web-based solution that will significantly improve our capabilities by streamlining multiple processes. The goal of the MHBD e-Licensing Solution is to Increase productivity and validation by transitioning to a modern best in class web solution that streamlines business processes and is adaptable to all internal users. 

A dedicated team of MHBD subject matter experts is committed to delivering an easy-to-use, online portal that meets all of your licensing or permitting needs and in turn, provides greater visibility and improved response times on your applications. Our focus is to leverage these new, state-of-the-art tools to create efficiencies around several key processes including:

The e-Licensing Solution will allow you to access information any time via laptop, desktop, or mobile devices. Using this intuitive online portal, you can manage your profile, submit forms and upload supporting documents in a few, short steps. The automated processes within the e-Licensing Solution will also decrease wait times for permits from seven days to as little as two days!
