Procurement

Under the recommendations identified in the Governor's Efficiency Review, all state agencies are required to use the State Procurement Office to purchase equipment, supplies, outside training services, etc. Occasionally, state agencies find they require services not available under the State Procurement System.

A Request for Proposal (RFP) or a Request for Qualification (RFQ) is issued in these instances, outlining the specifics of the need and inviting qualified parties to submit a proposal. Vendors interested in doing business with the State of Arizona are invited to visit the State Procurement Office website.

Electronic submissions must be received using the ADOH RFP Document Portal
