Effective 9/30/22, the Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH), Arizona Landlord Incentive Program (ALIP) has exhausted all available funding and is no longer available. No further requests for funding will be processed. This includes any retroactive funding requests occurring prior to 9/30/22 but not submitted prior to that date. With the exhaustion of funds, the ALIP program is concluded and will not be renewed.

The Landlord Tenant Complaint Petition is for Mobile Home Owners that rent a space in a Mobile Home Park. Homeowners may submit a Petition for Hearing if they believe the Mobile Home Park is in violation of the AZ Mobile Home Park Landlord-Tenant ACT in conjunction with your signed lease agreement and the rules and regulations of the park.

Arizona Provides $500K To Combat Veteran Homelessness
PHOENIX — Governor Doug Ducey and the Arizona Department of Housing today announced $500,000 for the United States Veterans Initiative to support its efforts to ensure veterans experiencing homelessness have safe, adequate living conditions.
This announcement comes on the first day of Tom Simplot’s new role as Director of the Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) and follows Wednesday’s announcement of $508 million in new federal funding to address homelessness and housing instability throughout the state.
