Hardest Hit Fund Reporting

The Save Our Home AZ (“SOHAZ”) Program offers assistance to reduce the occurrence of foreclosures in Arizona. Types of assistance includes Principal Reduction Assistance for mortgage recasting, Monthly Mortgage Payment Assistance for under and unemployed Arizonans, Second Lien Elimination for mortgage affordability. Funded through the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Hardest Hit Fund, assistance is to be available for commitment through December 2020.

Other SOHAZ Program questions may be directed to the Arizona Department of Housing, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. by dialing (602) 771-1000.
