The new 2024 Income and Rent Limits (post-1989 Projects) for the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program have been published on the Arizona Department of Housing's (ADOH) website. These limits are effective as of April 1, 2024.

ADOH received thirty-four (34) 9% LIHTC applications and six (6) State Tax Credit (STC) applications in response to the 2024-2025 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) 9% LIHTC and Rural STC application rounds.

ADOH will hold a public hearing and public comment period to receive input on the PY2024-2025 HUD Annual Action Plan and the 2024-2025 Weatherization Assistance Program Plan.

The public hearing will be held on April 10, 2024 at 10:00 am. Persons interested in attending can do so either in person or virtually.

ADOH encourages residents, subrecipients and grantees, public agencies, and others are encouraged to review the Plans and submit comments. The PY2024 Annual Action Plan will be available for public review and comment from April 1, 2024, to April 30, 2024.
