ADOH suspended the 4% LIHTC with Workforce Housing Units NOFA
ADOH has suspended the 4% LIHTC with Workforce Housing Units Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) released on January 11, 2024, as amended on March 22, 2024, June 4, 2024, and August 5, 2024 for Rental Projects.
This NOFA has been suspended indefinitely. All application fees received under the NOFA will be returned. All applicants will be individually contacted.
If this NOFA is re-issued, new applications and fees will be required at that time.

ADOH has prepared a draft of its Federal FY2023 CAPER
The Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) has prepared a draft of its Federal FY 2023 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER), which covers the period of July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024.
The CAPER discusses the progress the State has made in meeting its goals for the following federal programs of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), which the State administers: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG); HOME Investment Partnership Program; Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA); Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG); and National Housing Trust Fund (HTF), as well as other state and federal programs relating to housing development. The Arizona Department of Economic Security administers the ESG funds. ADOH also made the CDBG Performance Evaluation Report (PER) available for public review. This report is part of the CAPER but contained in a separate document.

CoC Build NOFO Letter of Interest Deadline Extended
The Arizona Department of Housing has extended the deadline for submission of Letters of Intent related to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Continuum of Care (CoC) Builds Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) from the original deadline of August 23, 2024, to Thursday, August 29, 2024, by 5:00 p.m.

2025 State LIHTC Awards Announced (First Round)
ADOH is pleased to announce that it has reserved $2,000,000 in state tax credits for two projects comprised of 287 units in the 2025 State Low Income Housing Tax Credit 4% Metro round.
