Today, Governor Hobbs released her FY2026 Executive Budget, which funds critical Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) programs and efforts to make housing more affordable for all Arizonans. The proposal dedicates resources to create more affordable housing statewide and continues assistance to first-time homebuyers.

ADOH is pleased to announce a State Housing Trust Fund Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA). In accordance with the NOFA requirements, Tribal Projects will be eligible for gap financing from the State Housing Trust Fund. The available resources under this NOFA include $10 million in State Housing Trust Funds (SHTF).
