This year's forum will be held at the We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort in Fountain Hills, Arizona, just 30 minutes from downtown Phoenix.

The conference rate is no longer available, and regular room rates will be applied (based on availability).

TRANSPORTATION

The We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort is approximately 25 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The hotel does not offer a shuttle service from the airport; however, the front desk staff will happily arrange airport transportation.
