ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
ADOH offers three opportunities per year to attend the LIHTC Compliance Virtual Workshops. The material covered is the same for each training opportunity offered. Each training opportunity consists of 4/three hour sessions. Individuals are not required to attend all three of the training opportunities.
The Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Compliance Virtual Workshop is comprised of 4/three hour sessions to be held on October 19, October 20, October 21, and October 22, from 9:00 a.m. to noon (MST) each day. Each session must be completed in order to fulfill the training requirements.
The 2010-2021 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) requires property managers of LIHTC projects attend ADOH approved compliance training annually. Developers, co-developers or consultants must attend this training at a minimum of every five years. See the QAP for other approved vendors of this training.

- Credit Card payments MUST be submitted at the time of registration.
- Invoices are due upon receipt. Your registration will be pending until payment has been received.
- Payment MUST be received prior to the registration deadline in order to avoid cancelation of your registration.
- Refunds WILL NOT be permitted after the registration deadline date, but substitutions can be made.
The workshop registration deadline is October 8, 2021. All payments must be received by October 8, 2021. Refunds WILL NOT be permitted after October 8th, however attendee substitutions can be made for this workshop ONLY.
- Should the class registration exceed what ADOH and the trainer considers conducive to a positive learning experience, registration may be closed prior to the October 8 deadline.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
All training materials are included in the registration fee.
Registrants are encouraged to have a writing instrument and calculator.
