On March 31st Governor Doug Ducey signed Senate Bill 1196 (Arizona department of housing; continuation) which officially extends the Department’s statutory life through 2025.
The Arizona legislature has been in session since January 8, and much has happened since then, including the Senate Confirmation of Arizona Department of Housing Director Carol Ditmore.
On August 9, 2017 all statutory changes made during the 53rd Legislatures, 1st Regular Session went into effect. The changes of interest to the Department of Housing (ADOH) include:
