Clarifications and Questions Answered for Request for Proposals: Transitional Shelter for Persons Experiencing Homelessness with Mental Health Needs

The Arizona Department of Housing (“ADOH” or the “Department”) has posted clarifications and answered questions received from the Virtual Q&A held on August 31, 2020 regarding the Request for Proposals to renovate the Birch Building located on the Arizona State Hospital (ASH) grounds for the purpose of providing approximately fifty (50) units of transitional shelter for persons experiencing homelessness with mental health conditions including persons determined to be seriously mentally ill (SMI). Download Information Bulletin 34-20 on the Publication Archives page.
