ADOH suspended the 4% LIHTC with Workforce Housing Units NOFA

ADOH has suspended the 4% LIHTC with Workforce Housing Units Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) released on January 11, 2024, as amended on March 22, 2024, June 4, 2024, and August 5, 2024 for Rental Projects.

This NOFA has been suspended indefinitely. All application fees received under the NOFA will be returned. All applicants will be individually contacted.

If this NOFA is re-issued, new applications and fees will be required at that time.
