2024 Federal 9% LIHTC and 9% Rural STC Reservations

ADOH is pleased to announce that it has reserved $22,710,028 in federal low income housing tax credits for 10 projects comprised of 679 units and $1,943,050 in state tax credits for two projects comprised of 120 units in the 2024 federal low income housing tax credit round.
