2024 LIHTC COMPLIANCE WORKSHOPS 2 and 3
ADOH offers three opportunities per year to attend the LIHTC Compliance Virtual Workshops. The material covered is the same for each training opportunity, which consists of four-to-three-hour sessions. Individuals are only required to attend one of the three training opportunities.
The Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) requires property managers of LIHTC projects to attend ADOH-approved compliance training annually. Developers, co-developers, or consultants must attend this training at a minimum of every five years.
HOME COMPLIANCE VIRTUAL WORKSHOP 2
The HOME Compliance Virtual Workshop is comprised of 3/three-hour and 30-minute sessions from 9:00 a.m. to noon each day.
The workshop is designed for multi-family property owners and managers. Tax credit properties financed with funding from the HOME program often find they do not meet the more stringent compliance requirements of the HOME program compared to the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program.
