Of the 3,504 in production, 1,686 units are expected to receive Certificates of Occupancy in the next quarter and be ready to receive new renters.

Transforming Lives Center – Phoenix

On May 5, ADOH staff members were pleased for the opportunity to tour the Transforming Lives Center at the Phoenix Rescue Mission in Phoenix. This four-story building of 63,426 square feet is new construction with the upper floors segmented into six wings to accommodate different programs related to recovery and transition. ADOH awarded $3 million in Housing Trust Funds dollars toward the shelter building that will provide recovery services for 120 very low-income individuals facing homelessness, addiction or life-controlling problems.
