2017 EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR

Dwawn Isacc ImageDwawn Isaac is being honored as the 2017 Employee of the Year for her outstanding service to the Department, through which she modeled all of the Department's Guiding Principles. Notably some of her achievements included:

  • Vision and Mission Driven – Dwawn exemplifies our mission to collaborate with community partners in how she greets visitors.
  • Responsive and Customer/Partner Focused – Dwawn represents the agency excellently as she provides exceptional customer and partner support services at the front desk.
  • Continual Improvement – Over the 5-years she has been with the agency Dwawn has continually improved her ability to provide a quality response (direction) to all callers to the agency, effectively routing internal calls and directing callers to other organizations when appropriate.

ADOH WELCOMES NEW TEAM MEMBERS!

Olivia GibalaOlivia Gibala joined the Arizona Department of Housing October 18th in the position of Assistant to the Director. Ms. Gibala previously worked on the State’s Housing Programs as a Contract Management Specialist from 1992 to 2002, when the State’s Housing Programs were located within the Arizona Department of Commerce. During her previous tenure in Housing she proved to be a highly skilled and outstanding member of our team. Ms. Gibala also has over five years of experience in office management and ten years in customer service. She has attended both Phoenix College and ASU West.

Cheryl WoodsCheryl Woods who has been working at the Agency as a temporary Administrative Assistant in the Foreclosure Division, joined the Department as a full time employee on December 4th.
