The Arizona Department of Housing is the collaborative applicant for the Arizona Balance of State Continuum of Care (AZBOSCOC). The Governance Advisory Board provides guidance to operationalize policies and procedures to end homelessness in the AZBOSCOC geographic area which includes all Arizona counties except Maricopa and Pima.
