The Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) has been fully accepted in accordance with the provisions outlined in 24 CFR Parts 3282 and 3286 by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for enforcement and administration of the Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Act. A manufactured home is a home manufactured on or after June 15, 1976.

Production Inspection Primary Inspection Agency (IPIA)

The Arizona Department of Housing is the exclusive IPIA for the State of Arizona. ADOH shall conduct all factory certification, production monitoring inspection, and issuance of labels within the State of Arizona.

HUD Labels

ADOH is responsible for issuing HUD labels to HUD manufacturers. HUD labels are issued for new construction to certified manufacturers only. If labels on existing homes are lost or damaged, replacement labels can not be issued.
