The Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) launched an advertising campaign to spread the word that financial help is available to struggling Arizona homeowners through the state’s Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF). The print, radio, digital, and social media ads, in  English and Spanish, will concentrate in rural  Arizona and encourage homeowners facing foreclosure to apply for assistance. The Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) held a virtual public hearing to receive input on the HOME-ARP Allocation Plan substantial amendment to the PY2021-2022 HUD Annual Action Plan on Wednesday January 26, 2022. The State of Arizona HOME-ARP Allocation Plan Public Hearing Video is now available and can be found on the Publications page.

Yesterday the Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) received Notice 2022-05 from the Department of the Treasury and the Internal Revenue Service. This Notice extend previous relief for the ten percent test for carryover allocations, the 24-month minimum rehabilitation period, the placed-in-service deadline, the reasonable period for restoration or replacement in the event of casualty loss, and agency correction periods. ADOH has posted the 2021 Annual Report. 

The Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) is pleased to announce a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for approximately $40 million in State Fiscal Recovery Funds from the American Rescue Plan (SFRF-ARP) for the conversion (including acquisition and/or rehabilitation) of hotel units to into transitional bridge housing for homeless individuals and/or families.
