ADOH is pleased to announce a State Housing Trust Fund Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA). Projects financed with 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) will be eligible for gap financing from the State Housing Trust Fund in accordance with the NOFA requirements. The available resources under this NOFA include 10 million dollars in State Housing Trust Funds (SHTF).
