Shane Dickerson, Housing Compliance Officer

Shane Dickerson joined the Department on April 6 as a Housing Compliance Officer with the Section 8 & Compliance Division. Prior to joining the Department, Shane served as a property manager and most recently as a Compliance Officer with a large management company. Shane is experienced in resident file review/approval, income eligibility requirements and unit inspections and holds the following certifications: Certified Occupancy Specialist, Housing Credit Certified Professional, and USDA Rural Development Certified Manager.
