Coming This Fall - Salesforce e-Licensing Solution
The Manufactured Housing & Building Division (MHBD) strives for innovation by prioritizing solutions and continuously improving processes for our stakeholders. The MHBD is in the midst of building an integrated web-based platform called the e-Licensing Solution. The solution will allow us to efficiently manage the end-to-end licensing and permitting processes and simplify the inspection process by leveraging state-of-the-art tools. The new e-Licensing Solution is built on the Salesforce platform and will increase efficiencies around several key processes including:
- Application Intakes
- Eligibility
- Licensing
- Permitting
- Plan Review
- Review and Renewal
- Inspections
- Investigations
- Audit reports, and more
Please be on the lookout for additional information over the coming months to keep you updated on this initiative as it gets closer to the Fall 2021 launch!
New Installation Guideline
The Manufactured Housing and Building Division recently released an Installation Guideline and held numerous training sessions in an effort to build consistency and uniformity across the industry. During each training session, Frequently Asked Questions and Best Practices were collected and distributed to share knowledge and tips among peers and local jurisdictions.
This is the first guideline that has been composed and disbursed to stakeholders and will be used as a foundation to train new licensees and local jurisdictions that wish to participate in the ADOH Installation Service Agreement program.
