ADOH Welcomes New Team Members!

David Bridge is now filling a newly created Continuum of Care Coordinator position in the Special Needs Division. Reporting to Karia Basta, Mr. Bridge is responsible for the day to day work of coordinating the Balance of State’s Homeless Continuum of Care processes, mostly concentrated in the rural counties of the state. Many of you may be familiar with Mr. Bridge’s work as Managing/Executive Director of the Human Services Campus, as well as his involvement with the Lodestar Day Resource Center and Central Arizona Shelter Services. Mr. Bridge holds a B.A. from UCLA, as well as a law degree from the University of Southern California School of Law.

Ryan Paris will join the Manufactured Housing Division as an Installation Inspector assigned to work out of the Tucson area, reporting to Jim Lang. Mr. Paris brings more than 14 years of experience in construction project management and more than five years of inspection experience. He has worked for two public agencies – Pima County and the Federal Emergency Management Agency, as well as in the private sector.


Paul Manley Image
Paul Manley joined the Arizona Department of Housing as a Specialist in the Community Development & Revitalization division on January 3rd. Mr. Manley comes to us with nine years of experience working as a paralegal and in other support functions in the legal and law enforcement industries. He is a graduate of the Pima County Sheriff’s Department Academy Class of 2010. His education also includes some college study through Pima Community College and he is a certified public notary.
