Have you been discriminated against when making your housing choice?
Any person who believes that he or she has been discriminated against by a housing provider or professional may file a charge with either the Southwest Fair Housing Council or the Civil Rights Division of the Arizona Attorney General’s Office within one year of the time the discrimination occurred. A person may also file a civil action within two years of the date the discrimination occurred, regardless of whether a complaint was filed with the Division, and without regard to the status of any ongoing investigation.
There is no cost to file a complaint.
