Agencies providing assistance to victims of AIDS/HIV differ in the services they provide. Some may provide housing or housing referrals, some medical assistance, and some supportive services. In the most populated counties, the services are centralized in private, non-profit agencies. In the remainder of the counties, the County Health Department is the point of contact.
