Each training opportunity consists of 4/three-hour sessions. Individuals are not required to attend all three of the training opportunities. The Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Compliance Virtual Workshop is comprised of 4/three-hour sessions to be held on October 22, October 23, October 24, and October 25, from 9:00 a.m. to noon (MST) each day. Each session must be completed in order to fulfill the training requirements. The Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) requires property managers of LIHTC projects to attend ADOH-approved compliance training annually. Developers, co-developers, or consultants must attend this training at a minimum of every five years. Visit the LIHTC QAP page for more information. Your registration will be pending until payment has been received. Payment MUST be received in full prior to the registration deadline in order to avoid cancelation of your registration. Refunds WILL NOT be permitted after the registration deadline date, but substitutions can be made.
