Each training opportunity consists of 4/three-hour sessions. Individuals are not required to attend all three of the training opportunities. The Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Compliance Virtual Workshop is comprised of 4/three-hour sessions to be held on July 16, July 17, July 18, and July 19, from 9:00 a.m. to noon (MST) each day. Each session must be completed in order to fulfill the training requirements. The Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) requires property managers of LIHTC projects to attend ADOH-approved compliance training annually. Developers, co-developers, or consultants must attend this training at a minimum of every five years. Visit the LIHTC QAP page for more information. Your registration will be pending until payment has been received. Payment MUST be received in full before the registration deadline to avoid cancelation of your registration.
