Forum Attendee - Your registration includes all Forum events, including the Welcome Reception. Single-day registration is not available.
Registrations must be paid in full before August 1, 2025 to be permitted entrance to the event. On-site registration will not be available.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY
If you are unable to attend, you may substitute another individual at no additional cost.
The payment made for the original registrant will be applied to the substitute registration. Substitutions are permitted until August 1, 2025, and can be made through the Event Registration system.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be sent via e-mail to [email protected]. All refunds are subject to a $75 administrative fee. Refunds will not be given for cancellations received after August 1, 2025, and will not be granted to “No-Shows.”
GENERAL INFORMATION
- Conference Admission - Your name badge must be worn at all times. It is your ticket to sessions, meals, receptions, and other networking events applicable to your registration category. Single-day registration is not available.
- Attire - Business casual attire is appropriate for all conference activities. As room temperatures may fluctuate, it is recommended that you dress in layers for comfort.
- Meals - All scheduled meals and events are included in the registration fee.
- Elevation – Tucson is located at a sea level of 2,389 feet.
- Temperature—August is characterized by essentially constant daily high temperatures around 98 degrees Fahrenheit and daily low temperatures around 75 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Transportation—The JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass is located about 22 minutes from Tucson International Airport and approximately an hour and 45 minutes from Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix. For transportation information, please contact the hotel directly at 520-792-3500.
- Special Needs | Dietary Requests - Throughout the Forum, meals will be provided that offer a variety of foods to meet most dietary needs. If you have special needs under the Americans with Disabilities Act or have special dietary requirements, please make your request known when completing your registration.
PRESS POLICY
All members of the press requesting a one-day press credential must be currently employed by an approved publication or news organization. Requests must be received and approved by ADOH's communications officer before the event; press registration is unavailable on-site. Please email Dave Cherry with your request.
If you are issued press credentials upon arrival at the event venue, please proceed directly to the ADOH Check-In and Information Desk to check in and pick up your badge for entry.
