ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
The Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Compliance Workshop is a two-day training, February 12-13 from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM both days. The workshop is custom-designed for Arizona rules and regulations. The workshop is oriented to allow for one-on-one Q&A with the instructor and Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) staff. Daily workshop sign-in and continental breakfast will begin at 7:00 AM with the workshop beginning promptly at 8:00 AM.
Due to the high demand of the LIHTC training opportunities, training will be limited to site managers, Management Company Compliance personnel and owner/developers seeking to fulfill their training requirements.
The 2010-2020 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) requires property managers of LIHTC projects attend ADOH approved compliance training annually. Developers, co-developers or consultants must attend this training at a minimum of every five years. See the QAP for other approved vendors of this training.
If you have any questions as to which personnel from your organization should register for this training, please contact Juan Bello, Compliance Program Manager at [email protected].
