ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
The Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Compliance Workshop is a two-day training, October 9-10 from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM both days. The workshop is custom-designed for Arizona rules and regulations. The workshop is oriented to allow for one-on-one Q&A with the instructor and Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) staff. Daily workshop sign-in and continental breakfast will begin at 7:00 AM with the workshop beginning promptly at 8:00 AM.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND THIS TRAINING
The 2010-2019 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) requires that property managers of LIHTC projects attend ADOH approved compliance training annually. Developers, co-developers or consultants must attend this training at a minimum of every five years. See the QAP for other approved vendors of this training.

- Credit Card payments MUST be submitted at the time of registration.
- If your payment is not received prior to the registration deadline, your registration will automatically be cancelled.
- Refunds WILL NOT be permitted after the registration deadline date, but substitutions can be made.
The workshop registration deadline is September 16, 2019. All payments must be received by September 16, 2019. Refunds WILL NOT be permitted after September 16th, however attendee substitutions can be made for this workshop ONLY.
Should the class registration exceed what ADOH and the trainer considers conducive to a positive learning experience, registration may be closed prior to the September 16th deadline.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
Desert Diamond offers a meeting package that includes continental breakfast and lunch both days. All training materials are included in the registration fee.
Registrants are encouraged to bring a writing instrument and calculator.
