State of Arizona Fair Housing Annual Survey

Arizona law protects your right to housing and makes it an unlawful housing practice for any person to discriminate in connection with housing because of an individual’s race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status (being pregnant or having children under 18), or physical or mental disability.  To ensure that the Arizona Department of Housing is addressing those impediments identified in the Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice this survey must be completed.
