State of Arizona HUD Citizen Participation Plan; 5-year (PY2025-PY2029) 5-yr HUD Consolidated Plan (Consolidated Plan) and PY2025 HUD Annual Action Plan (Action Plan); and the substantial amendment to the Recovery Housing Program Plan (RHP Plan).
