ADOH is providing notice that the following Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) owner has applied for a Qualified Contract and is being added to the Qualified Contract List:

1. Villas de Sonora LLC is the owner of Villas de Sonora Apartments, a thirty-six (36)-unit LIHTC project located at 507 West Alsdorf Road, Eloy, Pinal County, Arizona 85131.

In addition, ADOH is providing notice that the following LIHTC owner(s) have completed the one (1) year marketing period and have been removed from the Qualified Contract List:

1. Sungate Villa/Prescott Valley LP is the owner of Sungate Villa Senior Community, a sixty-four (64) unit project located at 3850 N. Civic Drive, Prescott Valley, Yavapai County, Arizona 86314.
2. Valley View II/Prescott Valley LP is the owner of Valley View II Apartments, a seventy-two (72) unit project located at 3737 N. Windsong Drive, Prescott Valley, Yavapai County, Arizona 86314.
