Registration options are:
Forum Attendee - Register by June 11th to receive the Early Bird registration rate of $275. After this date, the registration rate will increase to $325. Your registration includes all Forum events, including the Welcome Reception. Single day registration is not available.
Welcome Reception Additional Guest - Forum attendees are welcome to bring additional guests to join us at the Welcome Reception at a cost of $50 per person. Please use the registration link to register your guest(s) for this event.
Housing Hero Awards Luncheon Only - Attendance to the Housing Hero Awards Luncheon only is available at the cost of $75 per person.

Registrations must paid in full prior to the registration deadline to be admitted to the conference. In order to qualify for the Early Bird registration rate your check payment must be postmarked no later than June 11th, after which time the rate will increase to $325. Registration will close on August 6th. On site registration will not be available.
If you are not able to attend, you may substitute another individual at no additional cost. The payment made for the original registrant will be applied to the substitute registration. Substitutions are permitted until August 6, 2021, and can be made through the Event Registration system.
Cancellations must be sent via e-mail to [email protected]. Refunds will be subject to a $75 administrative fee and will be deducted from all approved refunds. Refunds will not be given for cancellations received after August 6, 2021. Refunds will not be provided to “No Shows”.
Conference Admission - Your name badge must be worn at all times. It is your ticket to sessions, meals, receptions, and other networking events applicable to your registration category. Single day registration is not available.
Attire - Business casual attire is appropriate for all conference activities. As room temperatures may fluctuate, it is recommended you dress in layers for comfort.
Meals - All scheduled meals and events are included in the registration fee. Registration is available to attend the Housing Hero Awards Luncheon only at a cost of $75 per person.
Elevation – Tucson is located at a sea level of 2,389 feet.
Temperature - The month of August is characterized by essentially constant daily high temperatures around 98 degrees Fahrenheit throughout the month. Daily low temperatures are around 75 degrees Fahrenheit.
Transportation - The JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass is approximately 22 minutes away from Tucson International Airport and 1 hour and 45 minutes from Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix. The hotel does not offer a shuttle from the airport, however, you may arrange transportation through Starr Transportation. Visit Starr Transportation or you may call (520) 544-7895 for a quote.
Special Needs | Dietary Requests - Throughout the Forum, meals will be provided which offer a variety of foods to meet most dietary needs. If you have special needs under the Americans with Disabilities Act or if you have special dietary requirements—please make your request known when completing your registration.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
COVID-19 guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends fully vaccinated people can resume activities indoors as well as outdoors without wearing a mask. For those who are not fully vaccinated, the CDC’s guidance on large gatherings recommends you should continue to wear a mask to protect yourself and others and physically distance around others you do not live with. Please be assured that both the Department and the venue will be working to make sure that proper distancing and sanitization protocols are in place.
All members of the press requesting press credentials must currently be employed by an approved publication or news organization. Requests must be received and approved in advance of the event by ADOH's Communications Officer; press registration is not available on site. Please email Janelle Johnsen with your request.
If you are issued press credentials, upon arrival at the event venue, please proceed directly to the ADOH Check-In and Information Desk to check in and pick up your badge. Badges must be worn and displayed at all times during the Housing Forum. Press credentials allows entry into the plenary sessions on Thursday and Friday and also access to one of the meal sessions: the Thursday Keynote Address, or the Friday Housing Hero Awards Luncheon.
