Forum Attendee - If you are attending the 2019 Arizona Housing Forum, earlybird registration is available at the cost of $275 until June 14th, at which time the registration rate will increase to $325. Your registration includes all Forum events, including the Welcome Reception. Single day registration is not available.
Welcome Reception Additional Guest - Forum attendees are welcome to bring additional guests to join us at the Welcome Reception at a cost of $50 per person. Please use the registration link to register your guest(s) for this event.
Housing Hero Luncheon Only - If you will be attending the Housing Hero Luncheon only, registration is available at the cost of $75 per person.

Each registrant must pay in full prior to the conference. Only those who have paid in full will be admitted to the conference. In order to qualify for the earlybird registration rate your check payment must be postmarked no later than June 14th, at which time the rate will increase to $325. Only those who have paid in full will be admitted to conference activities. On-line registration will close on August 5th. The on-site rate to register the day of the Forum is $375.
If you are not able to attend, you may substitute another individual at no additional cost. The payment made for the original registrant will be applied to the replacement’s registration. Substitutions are allowed until August 5, 2019, and can be made through the Event Registration system.
Cancellations must be sent via e-mail to [email protected]. Refunds will be subject to a $75 administrative fee. The administration fee will be deducted from all approved refunds. Refunds will not be given for cancellations received after August 5, 2019. Refunds will not be provided to “No Shows”.
Conference Admission - Your name badge must be worn at all times. It is your ticket to sessions, meals, the Marketplace, receptions, and other networking events applicable to your registration category. Single day registration is not available.
Attire - Business casual attire is appropriate for all conference activities. Room temperatures may fluctuate, it is recommended you dress in layers for comfort.
Meals - All scheduled meals and events are included in the registration fee. Registration is available for the Housing Hero Luncheon only at a cost of $75 per person.
Elevation - Scottsdale is located at a sea level of 1,257 feet.
Temperature - The month of August is characterized by essentially constant daily high temperatures around 103 degrees Fahrenheit throughout the month. Daily low temperatures are around 79 degrees Fahrenheit.
Transportation - The Scott is only 21 minutes away from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix. The hotel does not offer a shuttle from the airport, however, you may arrange transportation through Lyft or Uber.
Special Needs | Dietary Requests - Throughout the Forum, meals will be provided which offer a variety of foods to meet most dietary needs. If you have special needs under the Americans with Disabilities Act or if you have special dietary requirements—please contact Lori Moreno at [email protected] at least ten (10) days prior to the start of the conference.
All members of the press requesting press credentials must currently be employed by an approved publication or news organization. Requests must be received and approved in advance of the event by ADOH's Communications Officer; press registration is not available on site. Please email Janelle Johnsen with your request.
If you are issued press credentials, upon arrival at the event venue, please proceed directly to the ADOH Check-In and Information Desk to check in and pick up your badge. Badges must be worn and displayed at all times during the Housing Forum. Press credentials allows entry into the plenary sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday and also access into one of the meal sessions: the Tuesday Keynote Address, the Wednesday Economic Forecast Breakfast, or the Wednesday Housing Hero Award Luncheon.
